The Utah Women & Leadership Project invites you step into a world of inspiration and empowerment by joining our 2025 ten-part webinar “Women in Leadership Executive Speaker Series.” This series is a celebration of dynamic and influential women who have shattered the glass ceiling landscape in Utah.

For our second webinar in this series, Dr. Susan R. Madsen will interview Tessa White, a highly acclaimed expert on building career strategies and re-engaging people in the workplace today. She recently published a book titled “The Unspoken Truths for Career Success: Navigating Pay, Promotions, and Power at Work,” with Stephen M. R. Covey stating it was a “terrific read for the new generations rising in the workforce—and for their leaders.” Dr. Madsen will ask Tessa questions about a variety of topics in her book and how her advice might be crafted specifically for women. This engaging discussion will focus on a variety of topics, including the truths about pay, promotions, loyalty, burnout, and office politics and power.
